Happy Friday! It’s new music day! My version of See Amid the Winter’s Snow is streaming everywhere now.

I love this song because it sings like a classic Christmas Nativity song, but isn’t as well known as the classics. It feels fresh yet timeless—like a song that you might sing with family and friends in a horse-drawn carriage with bells jingling in the background on your way to grandma’s house.
Recording it with Dan, Chloe, and Erin was an intensely enjoyable and memorable experience. We got in the flow quickly, and the process was full of joy and energy. I feel that joy and energy when I listen to it. I hope you do too.
Now you know why I recorded it and what I hear when I listen, but I'm curious—what do you hear? Maybe you were already familiar with this song and have memories connected to it? I'd love to hear about it. Just hit reply and let me know!
Talk soon...
P.S. I’m still raising funds for my next album. I believe art can speak to us in ways nothing else can, especially in dark times such as these. My next album is called Wilderness. It’s about our essential desire for transcendence. For connection. About what it means to look up, breathe deep, and notice beauty amidst the seeming desolation. If you believe this world is in need of this, would you join me in bringing it to life?
