Chop Suey Seattle Tomorrow Night

...or how to rock AND get to bed early

The Halflight Dispatch

Chop Suey is Tomorrow Night

This run of shows has been super fun and I'm really looking forward to tomorrow night. It's been a looooooong minute since I last played any club venue in Seattle, so it feels like something special. I already know that a bunch of old friends are coming, so it's going to feel like a reunion. And as if that all wasn't enough, it's a matinee! So, we'll melt your faces and then be home and in bed at a decent hour like the responsible adults we are. If this is all news to you, well, here's the details:

Joe Day & the Coyotes

With Joseph Pennell
Chop Suey, Seattle. Doors at 5pm. Show at 6pm.

I Made You a Playlist

Do you realize how many great independent artists are making music in Seattle right now? If you didn't, I got you covered. Check out the Cascadia Playlist. Just a few simple rules: Must be based out of Cascadia (Washington, Oregon, Idaho and heck...even Montana!), must be active, don't care if they're full time or not, and the songs gotta jam. Joseph Pennell has a couple tracks on here because his album Middle Class Hero dropped a few weeks ago and is fantastic. For those of you coming tomorrow night I can't wait for you to hear him.
